Abstract

A rapid method for the determination of citrinin in feed using an indirect competitive enzymelinked immunosorbent assay after analyte extraction from test samples with aqueous acetonitrile was developed. Within the analytical concentration range 20–500 μg/kg for citrinin, the relative characteristics of the repeatability (precision) and intralaboratory intermediate precision (reproducibility) of analytical results were 0.11 and 0.16, respectively.
