Abstract

It is more expedient to build intelligent non-destructive testing systems in the form of a digital twin. The digital twin allows you to speed up the design process by selecting the optimal parameters and characteristics of the microtomograph. The article describes the design of an X-ray 3D microtomograph based on its digital twin. An assessment of the potential accuracy of the tomograph, a block diagram of the digital twin, a diagram of a computer-aided design system and an operator diagram of the operation algorithm of an X-ray 3D microtomograph are presented.
