Abstract
Results of comparative experimental studies of the forward-flow and counterflow supplying schemes of analyzed samples from some tested object to an automated plant for inspecting leak tightness are given. As a high-vacuum evacuation tool of the mass-spectrometric chamber, a BMH-150M turbomolecular acuum pump was used.
