Abstract
The problem of how to correct the leading edge of ultrasonic pulses to reduce them to the same form convenient for measuring a delay by the zero-crossing method is considered. A technique for synthesizing a correcting filter using a search algorithm is proposed. The results of numerical simulation of this problem are considered.
