Abstract
The sensitivity threshold of thermal testing was found experimentally during corrosion detection in aircraft aluminum panels no thicker than 2 mm. The possibilities of computer simulation and developed processing of infrared thermograms, including a simple algorithm of quantitative estimation of a material loss, are shown.
