Estimation of influence of impeding factors on magnetic thickness measurements

Abstract

The influence of impeding factors on magnetic thickness measurements of nonmagnetic coatings has been studied both experimentally and using a computer model. An effective technique of substantial limitation or complete elimination of the additional error caused by these factors has been substantiated and experimentally confirmed.
