Abstract

The possibility of using single-sided photon injection to reconstruct a tested object structure on the basis of the intensity of backscattered noncollimated radiation is considered. The reconstruction algorithm is based on statistical simulation of the interaction between radiation and a homogenous object, whose geometry is adequate for that of the tested object. The results of reconstruction are discussed.
