Magnetic-field testing of steel ropes via a KPM-ЦK-2M instrument

Abstract

The possibility of using coercimetry to inspect strength properties of steel articles is confirmed on the basis of a great body of experimental data on the dependence of H c, σy, and microstructure of steel ropes on the heating temperature.
