An object-oriented library of parallel image processing

Abstract

An experimental library of image processing for multiprocessor computers SSCC_PIPL is described in this paper. The principles of formation, adopted architectural solutions, and results of test experiments are presented.

Evgenii V. Rusin was born in 1978. He graduated from the Mechanical Mathematical Faculty of Novosibirsk State University in 2000. He defended his candidate’s thesis in 2004. At present, he is a researcher at the Institute of Computational Mathematics and Mathematical Geophysics, Siberian Branch, Russian Academy of Sciences (Novosibirsk). His scientific interests include image processing and parallel computations. His is the author of more than 20 scientific papers.
