Abstract

A method for image formalization and computer analysis is developed on the basis of a thousand images of skin surface with various lesions. The proposed DAM_SKIN diagnostic complex allows for the determination of the type of lesion, as well as the time and mechanism of its infliction. The developed methods of computer analysis promise to raise the level of objectivity in medical examination and improve the accuracy of forensic medical diagnostics.
