Abstract
The possibility of obtaining electrodeposited copper coatings based on electrolyte suspensions with the addition of nanoparticles of electroerosion copper as a dispersed phase at different concentrations is shown. The composition and structure of the obtained coatings are studied by X-ray spectral microanalysis and electron-ion scanning microscopy. The study of the microstructure of electrodeposited copper coatings show that both coatings consist of a copper layer separated from the steel base by a sharp boundary, while the standard electrodeposited copper coating is porous, and the electrodeposited copper coating with the addition of electroerosion-copper nanoparticles is characterized by a higher density and practically no pores. Using a microhardness analyzer, the optimal composition of the concentration of electroerosion copper nanoparticles is determined to obtain an electrodeposited copper coating with the highest hardness.
