Effect of the size factor on the luminescence intensity of photoluminophores for visible-spectrum light-emitting diodes

Abstract

The dependence of the emission-band intensity in the visible spectral range on the granulometric composition of 12 samples of three types of photoluminophores is investigated. It is shown that not only the particle size, but also their shape affects the luminescence quantum yield.
