X-ray diffraction on the aperture and subsequent propagation with a 2D-bounded wavefront

Abstract

The problem of x-ray diffraction with a 2D-bounded wavefront on the aperture on an opaque screen is solved. The change in the shape of the wavefront during diffraction and its subsequent spatial propagation are analyzed.
