Abstract
Lead ferroniobate ceramics are shown to demonstrate the properties of relaxor ferroelectrics in the low-frequency region. Annealing causes a change in the behavior of the temperature dependences of the complex permittivity. The dispersion diagrams of lead ferroniobate ceramic samples of stoichiometric and nonstoichiometric composition have been compared. The relaxation times have been computed for all the ceramic samples under study.
