Comparative analysis of panchromatic and multispectral modes of spatial object detection

Abstract

For the panchromatic and multispectral modes of spatial object detection, based on the statistical synthesis of an optimum detector of spatial objects, we have determined the conditions under which one of these modes provides a higher probability of detecting spatial objects as compared another mode.
