Abstract
The effect of space factors on the Earth’s albedo and the near-Earth air temperature is considered. The existence of a strong statistical relation between the temperature of the near-Earth atmosphere and the calculated shift of the Sun from the Solar System center of inertia is determined. The variations in the temperature of the near-Earth atmosphere in southwestern Siberia are estimated to 2050. The dependence of solar activity on the twisting of the Sun motion trajectory has been indicated.
