Consideration of the volume changes in describing concentration front migration in electrolyte solutions

Abstract

It is shown that the concentration front migration in electrolyte solutions is accompanied by synchronic migration of the concentration boundary of solvent (water). This real physical process should be taken into account in order to describe physical processes in the boundary region more rigorously than earlier.
