N-shaped nonlinearity of charge characteristics of ionistor structures based on RbAg 4I5

Abstract

The charging of ionistors—capacitors with an electrical double layer based on RbAg4I5—reveals an N-shaped nonlinearity of charge characteristics. The nature of the effect is discussed and its microscopic interpretation is proposed.
