Abstract

We suggest a 4D geometric model unifying the gravitational and electromagnetic interactions on the basis of 4D Riemann-Weyl space-time W 4, i.e., 4D space-time endowed with curvature and Weyl nonmetricity, such that the covariant derivative of the metric tensor gik has the form ∇ igik = 2W igik ≠ 0, where W i is theWeyl nonmetricity vector, assumed to be proportional to the electromagnetic potential A k .
