Abstract

Mechanisms are proposed for the harmonization of interests of states using transboundary water bodies in the cases where agreements on joint management strategies are to be revised. The harmonization is being carried out taking into account the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of water resources under stochastic conditions. The functioning of water bodies is considered under static conditions and in discrete time. The harmonization takes place within a manageable market of water resources.
