Efficiency analysis of investments to the restoration of water resources in an industrial region

Abstract

Regression analysis of water quality in the Iset River in an industrial zone of Sverdlovsk province was carried out. The volume of pollution disposal in industrial wastewaters and water treatment cost are taken into account. It is shown that water-environmental investments are insufficient and can be used more efficiently by using to improve the self-purification capacity of the water body.
