Abstract
The problems of mathematical modeling of the filter-compensating device based on the new element—katkon (coil capacitor)—are considered. The filter-compensating device based on katkon represents a single object, comparing favorable, by weight and size, parameters as compared to filter compensating devices assembled from reactive power compensators and harmonic filters. Modeling of katkon with the magnetic circuit is carried out as modeling of the nonlinear object with distributed parameters based of the methods of harmonic linearization. As a result, simple analytical expressions of the integral parameters of the device are obtained. The physical experiment confirms the adequacy of the obtained expressions to the real parameters of the filter-compensating device based on katkon.
