Void fraction in vertical tubes under low pressure of steam-water flow

Abstract

Results of an experimental study of void fraction φ in two vertical tubes of different diameters and lengths under low pressure of steam-water flow are presented. The region of high values of φ is considered. Generalizing correlations are presented.
