Abstract
The influence of a gas flame arrangement method on the reliability of furnace bottom and burners is considered. Possibilities for reducing temperature nonuniformity of the flame, improving the reliability of partitions in the boiler gas conduits, and reducing the concentration of nitrogen oxides in the combustion products are indicated and measures for implementing them are outlined.
