Abstract
Results obtained from an analysis of the most widespread and commonly used procedure for calculating gas ejectors equipped with a cylindrical mixing chamber are presented. Boundaries of the application field of this procedure are revealed. A new approach for determining the main parameters of an ejector is proposed, and a sequence for calculating it is given.
