Abstract
The fuel-and-energy balance of Altai krai is analyzed, and the resources of nontraditional renewable sources of energy accessible for consumers in the krai are estimated. Recommendations for how to supply power to small, remote settlements are given on the basis of experience gained from operation of an energy-independent building in the city of Barnaul.
