The use of different software tools in designing high-temperature steam lines and carrying out their check calculations

Abstract

It is shown that some of the software tools that are currently in use cannot conservatively estimate the stressed state of high-temperature steam lines, information especially important in determining whether their further operation beyond the fleet resource is possible.
