Abstract
We consider the problem of technical retrofitting of gas-and-oil fired steam-turbine cogeneration stations by converting them into combined-cycle plants as a component of the strategic development of Russia’s electric power industry. The initial statements, methodology, and results obtained from solving the problem are described.
