Abstract

Results of the development of theoretical fundamentals of the production of high-purity isobutane and isobutylene from isobutane–isobutylene fraction of pyrolysis gas are given. The experimental part includes the method for increasing the purity of isobutane and isobutylene fractions isolated with the help of sulfuric acid from isobutane–isobutylene fraction of pyrolysis gas. It is proposed to add two adsorption blocks into industrial technological schemes for the isolation of isobutane and isobutylene from the С4 fraction of pyrolysis gas. A mathematical model of processes for the production of high-purity isobutane and isobutylene taking into account principles of the recirculation theory is developed.
