Hydrodynamics of motion of spherical particles, drops, and bubbles in non-Newtonian fluid: Numerical methods of investigation

Abstract

The development of a numerical simulation of particle motion in non-Newtonian media is considered. A discussion of the results obtained in terms of their compliance with the physical nature of the considered process is presented and common trends and contradictions in studies on this issue are identified.
