On the processing of sphene concentrate

Abstract

The engineering and economical characteristics of the known methods for chemical processing of sphene concentrate (SC) have been compared and a new approach to the processing that involves using hydrochloric acid of reduced concentration (∼20 wt %) and permits using much cheaper floatation or gravitational CK has been proposed.
