Abstract

The structure of crystalline materials is considered from the standpoint of spontaneous fluctuations of particle concentrations related to changes in the state of aggregation. Methods of investigation of the structure of substances are described that are based on the coherent scattering of electromagnetic radiation and Fraunhofer diffraction.
