Abstract
Multiphase (specifically, two-phase) flows of media in complex-shaped channels are studied by the particle-in-cell method. The stability of the proposed algorithm is analyzed over a wide range of Mach numbers of an undisturbed flow. The use of the method is exemplified by calculating the characteristics of a gas-drop flow in curved channels in which the generatrices of the lateral surface consist of circular arcs.
