Abstract

This paper presents a description of the mathematical model of a video frame processing method. The basis of the model is a coordinate system rotation matrix that uses the direction cosines of one coordinate system relative to another. A description of the estimation of direction cosines via the Monte Carlo method is given. An experimental method for the rotation matrix parameter definition and definition errors is described.
