Thermodynamic characteristics of some organosilicon monomers in the temperature range of 700–1500 K

Abstract

Thermodynamic aspects of the H-C-Cl-Si system are considered in the temperature range of 700–1500 K. It is shown that a mixture of compounds containing alkylchlorosilane monomers can form under these conditions.
