Abstract

Cobalt octasulfophenyltetrapyrazinoporphyrazine was shown to be an effective catalyst of nitrite reduction by thiourea dioxide. The intermediate product of nitrite reduction was nitrogen(II) oxide, and the final product was ammonia. The kinetic and activation parameters of catalytic process stages were determined.
