Solution and formation enthalpies of L-glutamine in water and KOH aqueous solutions

Abstract

Solution enthalpies of L-glutamine in water and potassium hydroxide aqueous solutions are measured at 298.15 K. The standard formation enthalpies of the amino acid and reaction products of its protonation and dissociation in aqueous solutions are calculated.
