The kinetics of erosion of polyamide films under the action of a glow discharge plasma

Abstract

Infrared internal reflection and absorption spectroscopy was used to study the kinetics of erosion of AL 60/40 polyamide films under glow discharge treatment. The degree of erosion was estimated quantitatively.
