Abstract
The temperature dependences of the heat capacities of titanium di-and tetrachloride were studied by vacuum adiabatic calorimetry. The parameters of fusion (T tr, Δtr H, and Δtr S) were determined for TiCl4. The thermodynamic functions of the substances were calculated over the temperature range 10–300 K. The results obtained were compared with literature data.
