Abstract
A perovskite-like oxide Nd x Cu3V4O12 (space group Im \( \bar 3 \) Z = 2, a = 7.278–7.322 Å) with cationic vacancies was prepared for the first time under triaxial compression of p = 6.0–9.0 GPa at 700–1300°C. The compound has a metal-type conductivity, paramagnetic properties, and a phase transition.
