Abstract

The effect produced by the diffusion of interacting ions, which have a magnetic moment and are located at crystal lattice sites, on the process of magnetic ordering is studied within the theory of random fields. In this case, a percolation cluster may appear under the conditions, in which it does not appear in the case of immobile ions. In practice, this means the appearance of local areas with an increased concentration of “ferromagnetic” ions. The dependences of the Curie temperature on the concentration \(T = {{T}_{{\text{C}}}}\left( p \right)\) are also plotted for the number of the closest neighbors \(z = 4\) and \(z = 6\) in the case of “frozen” and mobile ions.
