Abstract

Structure of a magnetic target in a ferromagnetic film with uniaxial anisotropy has been studied with allowance for the additional magnetoelastic energy produced by the action of an external indenter. The effect of the indenter shape and of dc magnetic field on the structure of the target rings has been investigated. It has been shown that the energy of the target increases with increasing number of rings. The obtained results are in qualitative agreement with the experimental data.
