Dynamics of Conodont Ecogeochemistry and Turnover of Pelagic Ecosystems during the Hangenberg Crisis and Recovery (Using the Example of Northeastern Laurussia)

Abstract

Changes in the nearshore pelagic ecosystems at the Devonian–Carboniferous boundary are considered. These changes are reconstructed based on conodont ecogeochemistry, carbon isotopic composition of marine carbonates, and abundance of the unilocular foraminifer Bisphaera.
