Abstract
The results of the study of facies confinement of bryozoans in the Emsian sections of the western part of the Altai–Sayan Folded Area are presented. The schemes of vertical and horizontal distribution of bryozoan assemblages in sections of a stratotype locality of the Emsian Stage of the Northeast Salair are shown. The following new species of fenestellids from the Shanda Regional Substage (Emsian Stage; serotinus conodont zone) are described: Fenestella salairica sp. nov., Laxifenestella magnifenestrula sp. nov., Hemitrypa aktaschensis sp. nov., H. cyathiformis sp. nov., and Rarifenestella ornamentum sp. nov.
