Abstract

An analysis of the formation of solid solutions in MAO4-(Me0.5Ln0.5)AO4 systems, where Me = Li, Na, K; M = Ca, Sr, Ba, Pb, Cd; Ln = La-Gd, Y, Bi; A = Mo, W, is performed in the approximation of regular solutions. Equations that make it possible to determine the temperature of the transition of limited solid solutions to unlimited ones at heterovalent substitutions M2+ ↔ (Me +0.5 Ln 3+0.5 ) are obtained.
