The method of administration of the drugs has been corrected by the authors as follows:
In section Abstract: Anakinra was administered for one week after pilocarpine (the first injection of 100 mg/kg one hour after convulsion, then for 5 days at 100 mg/kg and 2 days at 50 mg/kg).
In section Methods:
1. In Fig. 1. The experimental scheme: Anakinra (i/p, time per day): the first 5 days after the injection of PC—100 mg/kg; subsequent 2 days—50 mg/kg.
2. Anakinra (Research Institute of Highly Pure Biopreparations, St. Petersburg, Russia) was administered for a week, i.p., dissolved in saline, the first injection of 100 mg/kg one hour after convulsions, then once a day, 5 days at 100 mg/kg per day, 2 days at 50 mg/kg per day.
