Abstract

The spatial correlation function of intensity fluctuations in a speckle formed by polarized light multiply scattered in a disordered sample has been calculated. The dependence of the long-range spatial correlations on the polarization state of incident light and the depolarizing properties of the medium has been determined for the cases of transmission and reflection.
