X-ray fluorescent analysis of alloys by total relative intensities of spectral lines of components

  • Published:
Inorganic Materials Aims and scope

Abstract

The questions of increasing the accuracy of results of x-ray fluorescent analysis are considered. The experimental data that confirm the efficiency of processing the spectra by total relative intensities of spectral lines in the samples are presented.
