Inorganic Materials Aims and scope

Abstract

Precipitation from solution under highly nonequilibrium conditions can be used to prepare cadmium telluride nanocrystals with a stable cubic (sphalerite) structure or clusters with a metastable structure close to that of wurtzite CdTe, depending on the process conditions.
