Effect of selenium or tellurium substitution for half of the sulfur atoms in AgCuS on its structure and the temperatures of its polymorphic transformations

Abstract

The polymorphic transformations of AgCuS in which half of the S atoms were replaced by Se and Te have been studied by high-temperature x-ray diffraction. The substitutions are shown to have a significant effect on the temperatures of the polymorphic transformations.
